In Molly's words
About me.
Welcome. Coming to counselling can feel like a big step, and finding someone you feel comfortable talking to is an important part of that process.
I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, accepted and able to explore whatever has brought you to counselling. My aim is to build a safe and trusting relationship where you can be yourself, talk openly and feel supported as we work together.
My experience.
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (registration number 418272). Throughout my practice, I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, loss and grief, challenging relationship and family dynamics, health-related issues, exploring identity and life stages, patterns of behaviour, and existential questioning.
I have professional experience working within a bereavement service, supporting clients through loss and grief and helping them explore the complex emotions that can arise, alongside the wider impact loss can have on other areas of life. I have also worked with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including those with disabilities and neurodivergence, and recognise that each person’s experience is unique to them.
How I work.
I work as an Integrative Counsellor, with a Person-Centred approach at the heart of my practice. I see each client as a unique individual, and believe that counselling should be shaped around who you are, your experiences and what you need. Alongside Person-Centred therapy, I may draw on other approaches including CBT, Gestalt, Existential and Transpersonal therapies, depending on what feels relevant and helpful for you.
I believe there can be a place for creativity, play, mindfulness and stillness within counselling. These can sometimes offer different ways of exploring thoughts, feelings and experiences when words alone do not feel enough.
You don’t have to fit yourself into my way of working; I adapt my way of working to you. I will work alongside you with empathy, openness and without judgement, at a pace that feels right for you.
What to expect.
People come to counselling for many different reasons. You may be looking to better understand your emotions, behaviours or patterns, explore relationships, identity or life changes, or find ways of managing anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. You may simply want some time and support to make sense of what is happening in your life.
Through our work together, you can explore what feels important to you, develop greater self-understanding, consider different ways of coping, and explore the possibility of change. You don’t need to have everything worked out before you begin.
Online and telephone counselling.
I offer counselling online by video call and by telephone, so you can have your sessions from wherever you feel most comfortable and most private. Whether we meet by video or by phone, you receive the same professional support and the same care. Sessions are booked in advance and take place at the same time each week wherever possible.
Life's struggles can pile up and get on top of us, everyone deserves a space to be heard and understood without judgement. If you're ready to talk, I'm here to listen.
How it works
How sessions work with Flourish.
- Book a 30-minute initial assessment with Molly, £20. A conversation about what you would like from counselling and whether you and Molly are a good fit. No obligation to continue.
- Decide together. If you are both happy to work together, you begin weekly 50-minute sessions. If it does not feel right, you are welcome to book an assessment with another counsellor.
- Weekly sessions, up to 15. By video call or telephone, usually at the same time each week. At the end, you and Molly review what, if anything, comes next.

You choose your rate on trust: no means-testing and no proof of income. Read about pricing and access.
