How to tell if you need therapy

You do not have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If low mood, worry, sleep or relationship problems have lasted more than two weeks and are affecting daily life, it is worth speaking to a qualified counsellor. Options include free NHS Talking Therapies, charities, and low-cost services such as Flourish from £25.
